Methodology

Scope

This tracker focuses on reputable archival conferences and journals in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, NLP, data mining, information retrieval, robotics, medical imaging, HCI/AI, responsible AI, and adjacent computational research areas.

Inclusion criteria

• Recognized academic venue or journal with archival publications.
• Clear relevance to AI/ML or adjacent computational research.
• Verifiable homepage, CFP, publisher page, ranking database, or deadline tracker.
• Useful to researchers planning submissions.

Exclusion criteria

• Predatory or unverifiable conferences.
• Generic commercial events without archival proceedings.
• Workshops unless they are unusually central to the field.
• Rows without enough provenance to support public use.

Tier convention

Tier	Interpretation
S	Global flagship or field-defining venue.
A	Major reputable archival venue.
B	Solid specialist, regional, or focused venue.
C	Niche venue; verify fit, indexing, and reputation carefully.

Deadline confidence

Official announced means the date is verified from an official venue page or CFP. Tracker labels indicate reputable secondary tracking. Tentative labels indicate historical inference or annual-window estimates. Rolling labels require manual checking because there may be multiple deadlines or cycles.

1. Official conference, journal, publisher, or society page.
2. Recognized ranking or indexing source.
3. Reputable deadline tracker.
4. Historical inference, always marked tentative.
